Step-by-Step Guide to Enter Collections in the App
To enter collection, go to dashboard.
Click "Collections".
Collection page will appear.
Click on add collection icon provided at the left bottom side of the page.
Collection add form will appear. Click on "Add party" and select the party you want to add collection to.
Type the amount received from the party in the "Amount received" field.
Received date will be there by default.
Now select mode of payment. Click on the dropdown. It will provide you option of cash, cheque, and bank transfer. Choose one.
Type collection notes if there's any in the "Collection notes" field.
Put images if any. Click on add icon provided at the middle below images.
Click "Submit".
